My dear wife brings home this bar of soap...I've never heard of it before: Fels-Naptha (?). 1/3 of that bar with 1/2 cup of each of two other ingredients, and a bunch of water just made a bit more than 2 gallons of laundry detergent.
And, all that for a total cost of...
ready...
$1.27! Approximately 70 loads of laundry! You can't get much better than that!
