My 6 year old has a sense of humor and doesn't even realize it. The things he says are quite profound at times and right on the mark funny.
His primary teacher came to me and shared a story that occurred during the primary lesson a week ago. She said,
"The lesson was about family. We talked about people who are part of our family.
Nathan says his grandmother got old and died.
"I said, 'Don't you have another grandmother?'
"Yes, she is 50."
I had told them I was older than their mother and maybe their grandmother.
I said 'Yes, I'm older than 50.'
Nathan says, "60?"
I said, 'Add one.'
My son says...
"Dying time."
My goodness! He said WHAT?! To his Sunday school teacher, no less!
