When doing laundry, there are a few things to consider:
- There is NO SUCH THING AS 'Finished Laundry'
- Children will gather most of the items from around the house, but almost never the rags from the tub or the kitchen sink.
- Laundry doesn't jump from the washer to the dryer: it has to be moved there by someone.
- Soap...it's about the smell. Always follow what your spouse is expecting.
- Folding laundry...yeah...it's GOT to be done...eventually.
- Once laundry is folded, someone has to put it away. If you don't, you'll be folding it again.
- Laundry left to itself only grows bigger and deeper.
- Don't wait until the day you need a particular outfit to do the laundry.
- Whites and colors wash just fine together...soon you won't have to separate whites anymore.
- Read labels...wools and silks wash differently...and VELCRO can ruin silky clothing.
