So, last night we stopped by RedBox and rented a video. At $1.00 a night, I figured that wasn't too bad for fun. But, I just can't stand paying for a video for more than the time needed to watch it. So, today I set my alarm for 8pm just to make sure we left to return the video before the 9 o'clock deadline.
In order to get the grocery shopping done, the movie returned and the kids bathed and ready for bed before my wife comes home, we left early to get everything done (so I wouldn't get in trouble).
So we're at the grocery store. The kids are being great, even the youngest. My wife would have been proud!
But there was this annoying sound. Throughout the entire store! It was one of those sounds you couldn't get away from!
Out to load the car with our goods...I could even hear it in the parking lot! Lazy workers! I thought, 'Why doesn't someone go and shut that door or shut off that alarm!' Good Grief!
Then I looked at my phone. Yep...my alarm had been going off since 8pm...Just as planned.
