My wife has been very patient with me when it comes to meals. I have graduated from serving just one item for dinner and hoping that filled 'em up to now I serve a main course and a side, at least some of the time.

My wife seems to think that there needs to be a side dish, especially with the macaroni and cheese.
I look at it this way: Main dish - macaroni and cheese. After you finish the main dish, you can have a side dish of macaroni and cheese.
For those who are wondering, it's not a blue box brand. It is not 'healthy' mac-and-cheese, but it is HEALTHIER.
